All faxes sent will be charged in blocks of 10 (ten) page OR 5 (five) page increments based on the destination country with a minimum charge of one block of 10 pages or 5 pages per fax transaction based on the destination country.
All faxes sent to U.S./Canada numbers are billed in blocks of 10 page increments at a rate of $1.95 per block of 10 pages with a $1.95 minimum per transaction.
For example, the following table illustrates the cost sending a fax to a US number at a rate of $1.95 per block of 10 pages.
Faxes sent to non U.S./Canada destination numbers are billed according to the rate list below in blocks of either 10 page increments or 5 page increments with a minimum charge per transaction equal to one 10 page block or one 5 page block based on the destination country.
Busy, No Answer: In the event that no page was successfully transmitted you will not be charged for the transaction.
Transmission Failures: In the event that the fax transmission fails after initiating transmission, you will be charged for each block of 10 pages or 5 pages (depending on the block size that is used for pricing for the destination country) that were successful with the remainder successful pages charged on a pro-rata basis. For example, for a destination country billed in 10 page blocks such as U.S. that is billed $1.95 per block of 10 pages, if a 6 page fax fails after sending 2 pages, you will only be charged (2/10) x $1.95 = $0.39. If a 15 page fax fails after sending 12 pages, you will be charged $1.95 (for the 1st block of 10 pages) plus [(2/10) x $1.95 = $0.39] for a total of $2.34.
Fax receiving charges are computed as the sum of (1) duration for which the fax number is assigned (2) the maximum number of pages that can be received on the assigned fax number, and (3) other premium options.
(1) Duration of fax number charges: The rate is $0.0 for the initial 6 hours of a new order transaction for a temporary fax number. For durations greater than 6 hours, the charges are in increments of $1.00 per day, including for the first one day increment that encompasses the initial free 6 hour duration. A day for the duration of a fax number is a rolling 24 hour period from the time the temporary fax number is activated per the order instructions. Once the duration ordered has completed, the fax number will be considered as expired and no further faxes will be accepted on the fax number or delivered. After the temporary fax number is activated and in service, the duration of the fax number can be extended per the charges below, provided that the fax number has not already expired.
(2) Maximum number of pages that can be received on the assigned fax number: The rate is $1.95 per block of 10 (ten) pages, with a minimum of $1.95 per order transaction for a new temporary fax number.
(3) Premium Options rate: • Receive secure faxes in an encrypted PDF file: $1.00 (one time charge per order transaction for a new temporary fax number). • Restrict to certain numbers: $1.00 (one time charge per order transaction for a new temporary fax number). • Local number option (add $0.50/1st 6 hours, otherwise $1.00/day).
For example (excluding Premium Options), the charges for obtaining a temporary fax number from Innoport Express for the initial 6 hours with a maximum number of 10 pages will be = $0.00 + $1.95 = $1.95. The charges for obtaining a temporary fax number from Innoport Express for the initial 1 day (24 hours) with a maximum number of 20 pages will be = $1.00 + (2 x $1.95) = $4.90.
Extensions: The duration and maximum number of pages for the temporary fax number already activated can be extended so long as the fax number has not expired. The charges for extending the duration are in increments of $1.00 per day (24 hour period). Charges for local number option are in increments of $1.00 per day (24 hour period) for extensions. The charges for increasing the maximum number of pages are in blocks of 10 (ten) page increments at a rate of $1.95 per 10 (ten) page block. The minimum charge for an extension is $1.95.
The Virtual Phone Service charges are computed as the sum of (1) duration for which the virtual phone number is assigned, (2) the amount of funds added for call-forwarding, voicemail and other charges involving a time span, and (3) other premium options. All these rates are calculated automatically during order placement and when extending an order. There is a minimum purchase of $2.50 required for the initial order and a minimum purchase of $2.00 required when extending the order. The description below explains how the rate calculation takes place.
(1) Duration of virtual phone number charges: For each order transaction for a temporary virtual phone number, the duration charges are applied at the rate of $0.50 per day. A day for the duration of a virtual phone number is a rolling 24 hour period from the time the temporary phone number is activated per the order instructions. Once the duration ordered has completed, the virtual phone number will be considered as expired and no further calls will be accepted on the phone number or forwarded regardless of the amount of usage funds available for the virtual phone number. After the temporary virtual phone number is activated and in service, the duration of the virtual phone number can be extended at the rate of $0.50 per day, provided that the virtual phone number has not already expired. (2) Adding funds for usage on the assigned virtual phone number: An amount of $2 to $40 has to be added in increments of $1 when placing the initial order for the virtual phone number for accepting calls on the virtual phone number. These funds can be used for voicemail and/or call forwarding and/or other calling features involving a time span in accordance with the Usage Rates below. Any unused usage funds are irrevocably forfeited once the virtual phone number has expired.
(3) Premium Options rate: • Local number option (add $0.50/day). Usage Rates:
For example (excluding Premium Options), the charges for obtaining a temporary virtual phone number from Innoport Express for the initial 5 days with a $15 usage will be = $2.50 (duration of 5 days) + $15.00 (usage funds) = $17.50 and the call forwarding rate to USA/Canada numbers will be billed at the rate of $0.06/minute.
Call forwarding and find me/follow me entail both an inbound and outbound connection. For all calls connected to an Innoport Express virtual phone number which are forwarded to U.S. and Canada phone numbers, the full duration of the incoming call to the Innoport Express virtual phone number (rounded to the full minute) at the USA/Canada rate will be billed with no charges for the forwarded call. However, all calls connected to an Innoport Express virtual phone number that are forwarded to countries other than U.S. and Canada phone numbers are billed in two segments, where the first segment is the duration of the incoming call to the Innoport Express virtual phone number up until forwarding begins (rounded to the full minute) at the USA/Canada per minute rate and the second segment is the duration of the forwarded call (rounded to the full minute) at the rate based on the destination of the forwarded call.
Extending the Order: The duration for which you keep the temporary virtual phone number can be extended and additional funds for usage can be added so long as the virtual phone number is active (has not expired). The charges for extending the duration and adding funds for usage are the same as those listed above with a minimum charge of $2.00 every time you extend the duration or add funds to an existing order. Charges for local number option are in increments of $0.50 per day (24 hour period) for extensions.
